Clients have the capability to convert currencies in hard-to-reach African markets. The process is streamlined through partnerships with a number of leading global institutions to ensure it is smooth, safe and cost-effective in markets which can be difficult to navigate.

How it works

Step 1

Load a base currency into your account which you want to exchange. This can be USD, GBP, EUR and many more. 

Step 2

Select the currency you would like to buy from 37 currency pairs and the date you would like to convert.

Step 3

You will receive a quote on your dashboard or from your broker if you ordered via phone. Once accepted this rate is locked in.

Step 4

Once payment is made the currency is converted and loaded into your dashboard where you can make payments or hold these funds.

Regulation

Our services are provided through partnerships with CurrencyCloud Limited and Ebury Partners UK Limited. Both companies are FCA, FinCEN and FINTRAC regulated. Through user dashboard clients can send and receive foreign currency, track payments and get live pricing updates in accounts held in their own names.

The platform is also ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant and has robust processes to protect its systems and

complies with best practices and regulations pertaining to the management of personal data under the UK Data Protection Act (DPA), as well as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
